Booking & Payment Terms

Deposit & Payment Schedule +

A deposit of 10% of the tour price is required to secure your spot. The deposit is non-refundable; we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance within 14 days of booking to protect your investment. The remaining 90% is due 120 days before the trip starts. Payment in installments is available; reach out to us to discuss your best options. For private tours, we arrange an individual payment plan.

Cancellation Policy +

Cancellations made 119 days or less prior to departure are assessed a cancellation fee of 100% of the trip price, including any single room supplements.

Travel Insurance Requirement +

All travelers must be covered by adequate travel insurance for the duration of the tour, with a minimum medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage of US$200,000. You'll need to provide your insurance policy at the start of the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance upon paying your deposit — most policies require purchase within 14 days of the first payment.
