COVID 19 Update
The COVID pandemic has a deep impact in our lives and traveling changed from one day to another in 2020. We love to travel and we are confident that it is still possible by taking precautions. We want to share with you what we will do to ensure our trips are safe and enjoyable.
- We run trips with small groups, which facilitates social distancing when needed and more space while on private transport.
- All our hotels follow a Covid-19 protocol. We personally visited each hotel in December 2020 to check how they handle the situation and confirm that they provide a high standard by following the regulations, so that we were able to run tours again from Feburary 2021 onwards.
- We are traveling on a private van, which is going to be sanitized daily. We recommend to bring your preferred mask and your pocket hand sanitizer, so you have it available at all times.
- All our tours involve majority of time in the outdoors. We know human interactions is one of the main things we look for when traveling, but if needed, there will be less interaction with other travelers and locals.
- People in Mexico are generally very aware of the Covid-19 situations and precautions they have to take. Therefore, you will see a lot of people still wearing masks on the streets.
- What happens if you have COVID-19? You will be asked to take a test as soon as possible. You will have to stay isolated from the group until you perform a negative test. We will be there to help you with arrangements regarding accommodation and transport. We recommend to have a travel insurance that covers the cost that occur in this case.
- We are going to be a team and we will take care of each other and follow protocols so we all have a safe, fun and enjoyable experience in Mexico.
